The only possible improvement I can suggest is to remove edge burrs off the laser cut C frames by putting the frames into a concrete mixer full of hard crushed stone (eg bluestone or granite) and letting them tumble for several + hours. This will leave flat metal surfaces with a pleasant low sheen sand blasted look with all sharp edges removed from the corners.
Most laser and plasma jobbers offer that as part of job; near guarantee they have vibratory burring equipment in-house. 200 parts with inside/ outside contour wouldn't be more than 2 hours.
1 improvement would clearance drill the bolt holder and leave it same over all length to tighten as currently done. 2-3 diameters thread engagement is plenty.
Another might chamfer the pin hole with countersink mounted in his mill, instead of handling cordless drill.
Other improvements would require added tooling, collet closers, more mounted QC tool holders, form tools etc.
But overall, a remarkable display of expedient processing.
Think not? 16 something minutes covering near every motion in 200 clamps, or 21 minutes for a half dozen T nuts?
I rest my case.
A tumbler is what you need to knock off the sharp edges.
