Fun fact: Cannondale was the first bicycle manufacturer to use a laser cutter to miter tubing. They were the only one to use a tab & slot system to align the joints for welding. It reduced the setup time and simplified the jigs required.
All that went away when the company was sold and production moved to Asia. Now they're the same as every other generic imported aluminum frame.
