Just some other pieces of totally trivial and entirely redundant info:
Somewhere in the (standard gauge) East Bloc, most probably East Germany in the late seventies?
Leads:
"Rail-Swallow" a k a Gleiskraftrad GKR Typ 2, "Schienen-Schwalbe",
R & D:ed in 1958 & 1959 by the Deutsche Reichsbahn (East German RR) in standard (1435), 1000 & 750 mm narrow gauge.
Developed from the 2-stroke 50 cc Simson KR50 "Schwalbe" /"Swallow" mopeds cranked out from Suhl, East Germany (aside from sports & hunting weapons).
Lada 2102 / ВАЗ-2102 «Жигули» production (under FIAT 124 license) started in 1971.
German 20t open car marked "Deutsche Reichsbahn, Obw (car factory) Königsberg (now Kaliningrad) RR depot" built 1927-1945.
