Part 1: Search forklifts used by machinery movers, riggers and millwrights. One result will be rail-car lifts, they don't really have a mast other than what supports cylinder to lift pallets a short distance, without hitting overhead of boxcar.

Part 2:Variety is surprising, like 4 cylinder-post lifts, especially useful building or dismantling bridge cranes. The work lifting the tank is similar, but boom-equipped.
BTW, Broderson's are made nearby Kansas City MO. Snorkle is not much farther away, across town from them is ALTEC. A bit farther was Stinger, now Terex, the boom cranes.
    But wait, there's more!
Custom Truck One Source is maybe 12 miles away too. Along that theme, many forklift repair and seller companies.
I'd guess the proliferation of such equipment reflects being location of major railroad yards, and this area was center of the printing industry. Both industries are dependent on lifting equipment, not exact varieties, yet positive are offshoots.

Part 3: Third is open your wallet, real wide!
