During the last few years I have made several improvements to a Unimat SL 1000 lathe I bought new in 1970. I now use it for many of my small machining projects and recently made an ER16 collet chuck for clock repair work. The Unimat photos are at http://www.homemadetools.net/forum/m...00-lathe-10111 .
