Ram Rod lower anvil (English Wheel).

The three sided hand wheel at the bottom turns the plunger at the top to add more pressure to the bottom anvil of the English Wheel.
The threaded rod turns inside the two bolts which moves the ram rod up to move the lower anvil wheel higher.
The black bolt sticking out of the main body keeps the ram/anvil from turning left or right.
