That is a "Rolls Razor" I have one.

I too have a couple of those.
One of which has a broken stone, someone shut it with the handle in the wrong position. (before I got it.)
They work okay, don't clog up like the 27 bladed $$$$ disposable ones.

I have to be fair Jim and say that with a full beard, I never use it.
