    Just like the kids "Big Wheels," this puts the rider's head right at bumper level. What could go wrong.

    Whelp I would guess it's driving around at night with no headlight or tail lights and as his head hits the bumper his chin hits the yoke and tears his face off with the helmet. And people riding regular bike in shorts is bad enough its feeling more like a human crayon waiting to happen.
