Repairs to scribes and punch

That is a spring centre punch in the middle of the little box and the tape is around a chipped jobber drill bit, put there to cut it to the right length. The scribe points are made from masonry nails. The points were formed by chucking them in a drill and running them against a bench grinder.
The tools had been discarded. I think one was a jeweller’s screwdriver.
