Repeatable depth stop for 5C collets for parts with varying diameters.

When using 5C collets any variation in diameter allows the collet clamping position to vary in the holder. The depth ratio is 3x the difference in diameter so any stop attached to the collet will move, giving varying results. Using a collet bush and this simple stop ring will give repeatable length results.
