I am 67 years old, a retired machinist, toolmaker and machine shop owner. I sold my cnc's, kept my manual machines, and welders, added an English wheel, shrinker-stretcher, finger brake, and foot shear, and started doing what I have always wanted--building cars. I have a close friend who lives a mile away and builds street rods for a living, so I am helping him and learning more all the time. I hope to learn even more from this forum, and maybe I can help someone else along the way.
