I'm having trouble understanding the locking mechanism. I can clearly see the push/pull-rod and locking pin. I assume the pin pushes the male dovetail against the female dovetail. However, I don't understand what the second cam is doing. Maybe lighten up the darkness of the animation? This appears to be a novel idea and a great mechanism. Also, excellent CAD and animation throughout the entire 9 part series. Thank you for the design and tremendous amount of work going into the presentation.
