Me and a friend of mine bought a 2 axle RGN trailer with a 3rd flip axle about a year ago then sold the flip axle for nearly as much as we paid for the trailer. So it came down to either scrap it for about as much as we sold the flip axle for or rebuild the neck then determine how much we want to spend on the trailer itself
