Rifling PVC Pipe

Just a comment from a professional pyro, PVC is very dangerous under pressure (such as shooting fireworks out of it). If it ruptures, it tends to do so in sharp fragments that don't show up on x-rays.
Professional guns are made of HDPE which shreds into something that looks more like pulled taffy...no sharp edges. We also use steel guns but those are normally buried in a drum filled with sand.
