Seems like a worthwhile project. I hope there are real ways to recycle what is pulled out.

Seems like a band-aid. It is hard to reprogram people that have been taught their entire lives that the river IS their garbage collection system. Ideally keeping the trash from entering the river would be the solution - Baby steps I guess.
