Rod Guard Caddy
I hope this post turns out ok. I am pretty new to posting. I made this Tig Welding Rod Guard Caddy becuase i was tired of the Rod Guards tipping the bucket i had them in causing caos. The top is made of 10GA hot rolled the main structure is made from 1.5X3 channel and the uprights are 1" square. I used the plasma with a circle guide to cut the holes and radius the corners of the 10GA. I used a Steelmax 14" chop saw to cut the channel and 1" square. I squared up the parts and clamped on my welding table and welded with a Miller Syncrowave 250.Attachment 301Attachment 302
