I'm not exactly sure what he is going to use the roller for but that homemade injection molding unit he made is an outstanding tool made using only a grinder a hand drill and a few tack welds.
After watching the video again I am thinking maybe this was a handle he made for his grinder
This is a roller for a grinding machine, I will make 2 more rollers with bearings
I see the rollers for a belt grinder I get it now.
But the tool you made to make the roller is a very fine injection molding tool
I am confused, can you show the rollers in action please. Thank you.

Look at any of the grinders shown in a search for "belt grinder" on your favorite search engine, and you'll likely find something that those rollers could be part of. Looks to me like he's building one of the many 2"x72" belt grinders, or something very similar.
Very nice work. That's useful in many other tasks too. Thanks
Congratulations Kovanca Polock - your Grinder Roller is the Homemade Tool of the Week!
This was a very difficult week to win, with multiple top-tier tool builds that also incorporated other homemade tools into their building process. However, this technique, using a homemade injection molder, really stood out.

wow!
That is very impressive considering it is all done with hand tools. I wouldn't be surprised if the same mold might be useful for an aluminum casting. Taking care of course to use a mold release and bury the canister in sand.
can't wait to see the finished grinder.
Well done sir, impressive!
Hello, tell me and two gift cards from Amazon can be combined. I still have my first gift card, but it is not enough for the delivery of the goods.
I believe so, but I'm not 100% certain how it would work in your country. I can also send payment via PayPal or bitcoin.
Ah, OK, I'm not sure how it would work in Belarus. Let me know what you find out about the Amazon gift card, and if you choose that, I can send it immediately.
Well, I will try : yuriy.astashenok@mail.ru
OK, great, I've just sent it. Congrats again :)
Attachment 39584 They froze the first gift card, and I do not know how to contact the support service.
Here's the Amazon chat support that I use: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/conta...questions.html
If the gift card doesn't work, we can always send bitcoin.
OK, I just did a chat with Amazon support. They're saying that the new card has not yet been added to your account, but that the old one (from 2020) is valid. They said to follow the instructions mentioned in the email that you received with the gift card, to add the new one to your account. I've also sent you a transcript of the chat to your email address. Can you double-check this?
Terrific idea, molding normally is thought of as a process dependent on supporting machinery which is only partially true, Mr. Polock's video is proof. I found use of plastic electrical boxes not only creative, but resourceful.
I'd add one sidenote. There mainly are two forms of plastic thermoplastic and thermoset. As it implies, heat re-imparts the plastic [flowing] state. Thermoset is once and done, like Bakelite.
The easiest test is with a match or butane lighter. Thermoplastics flow to some degree before they char. A few are right on the edge of both.
