I'm not exactly sure what he is going to use the roller for but that homemade injection molding unit he made is an outstanding tool made using only a grinder a hand drill and a few tack welds.
After watching the video again I am thinking maybe this was a handle he made for his grinder

When I have to paint I use KBS products
This is a roller for a grinding machine, I will make 2 more rollers with bearings
I see the rollers for a belt grinder I get it now.
But the tool you made to make the roller is a very fine injection molding tool

Look at any of the grinders shown in a search for "belt grinder" on your favorite search engine, and you'll likely find something that those rollers could be part of. Looks to me like he's building one of the many 2" "Pin It")
