When dealing with a red-hot ribbon of metal you don't put a new hire in that position. you start them out with a broom then gradually work them towards the final end of the line rolling the mostly cooled lengths off the line to be stacked or bundled after the product has been cut to length. Depending on the persons aptitude it could be weeks, months, or years before they are ready for the hot line.
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
