Because i had problems with skipping the belt on big parts i changed the rotary axe to chain drive. Here the new video of it:

Works well but needs to have sorting for least travel distance "cutting air".

No, the long travel distances were done on purpose. If this is not the case and many cuts are made next to each other, the pipe warps due to the heat.
