I've noticed some of those wiper motors have pretty decent torque and run around 45 RPM max. I was thinking of using one for a power hacksaw, seems like I could get a fair amount of blade travel while having enough torque to pull the blade.
I'd never thought of using those before a few days ago.
how is your green plant in the workshop coping with the noise, welding fumes, and metal shavings and dust?
And what about the cake?
I've been using these mothers for different applications for over a decade,
the beefier one cranks out up to 60 Nm starting torque, and gives app 190 rpm @40 VDC:
