Title is "Autogyro without motor" - but he certainly and easily found a way out for propelling his contraption.
Enjoy the video - and tip to the hat for this guy's balls...

As far as my meagre research go - I guess it springs from the eminent DIY source "Model-Constructor" ,
where a search for "Автожир" /"Autogyro turns up no less than 114 hits, just like this rugged aircraft...

A few links for presumptive HMT "Aeronauts-to-be", perhaps bored during Covid-19 lockdown?
A test flight of a DIY project like these will inevitably get your adrenaline pumping:

-"I mean - how hard can it be? Hey, hold my beer while I just test this thing out..."
Just whack it together, jump in its garden chair and take it out to your country road for a spin?

Nope - I won't be held liable for ANY actions you guys undertake.

    Cheers
    Johan

"Hold my wodka and watch this."

In the US they would have thrown him under the jail for doing that on a public roadway.
If you can't make it precise make it adjustable.

ANd U.S. roads with that much traffic tend to have aerial power/phone lines crossing overhead, which makes me think this may be in a more remote part of Russia. I don't see any utility poles on the sides of the road in the video.

Well if you don't have a deserted beach handy.....

I wish I could understand Russian as they have a lot of excellent machining and fabrication videos, fortunately most are easy to follow.
