    Clearly, some (a lot of) information is missing from this discussion. Was there a fire? Was the zone notified. Was the yacht already in the "zone" before the fire? yachts don't move very fast, therefore the skipper may have been unavoidably in that area. It would appear as though the pilot deliberately "buzzed" the yacht, probably because he WAS in that area, from the picture there seemed to be enough room for the plane to move off at least another 100 feet or so. So I say again bloody irresponsible pilot, just venting his irritation at having the yacht "in his patch".
