Rusty vintage Vise Restoration

In this video i'm restoring a very old vintage vise.

This is an old vise lay for a long time in the house that I bought.
As I understood the ex-owner of these Vise was the grandfather of the old owner of my house.
I have no idea what year of production these vices are and where they are made.
