Wow, they are carrying the sacks on their heads - but they are using their hands...
It doesn't look like the sacks are that heavy, they do not fold on the outside edges.
A common practice in many cultures to carry the loads on top of their heads.
Ralph is correct those sacks are not very heavy probably no more than 50 pounds The key to carrying heavier loads on top of their head is they start out at an early age and work their way up as they mature; they also keep their spines very straight as opposed to most westerners.
I have seen some very small women in many countries who can easily carry almost twice their weight on top of their heads
