Sand cast part for Rockwell drill press

I bought a Rockwell drill press from a school and it came without the collar for the depth stop. I cut one out of Styrofoam with my homemade ( of course ) hot wire cutter, buried it in sand and poured in the recycled aluminum with my homemade crucible etc. Later I faced off the sides with my homemade lathe, drilled and tapped a hole for the threaded adjuster made from ready rod and installed the two set screws.

Nice job on the collar. Nothing beats homemade parts made with homemade tools.
