many years ago I worked for a company that made a similar attachment. We called them "Push-Pulls."

I bought one of these carriages this past summer. It has two very thin 12'' wide forks. It never occurred to me that it could be used to pull as well as push! I will go out and look at it and maybe come up with a use for it.
