Scratcher
Attachment 47323
You may have seen this before. It was originally made for marking stitches. The business end is from electric hair clipppers. Several were made and none have sold.
What you see in this picture is part of a bath panel. Mrs Davies liked the idea of a panel which allows storage access. The panel is rubbish, lacquered MDF, but unless you dry it off thoroughly, moisture penetrates the material through the unrelieved arrises. Anyway, the first job today was to glue the fillet back on which allows the panel to rest on the opening and to do that, the surface must be keyed, so what was a stitch marker becomes a scratcher.
