Can’t tell for sure if there is a form of product indexing to guide the worker or if it is just done by getting it close

Looks to me that the frame has a piece hanging from the front edge which fits between the pins and goes up against the rail as they move along from shirt to shirt. So each shirt should be placed accurately on the table
