Thanks guys....:hattip:
Where do I find this magical aluminum plywood?
Hi Pa1963 Try a sign material wholesaler.
Composite panels are available at several places. Just do a search for Aluminum plywood panels
here is one such place
510 - Aluminum Laminated Panels - 510 - Laminate Panels - TCH
and here is another
Metal Faced Plywood, Aluminum Faced Plywood - GDG PLYWOOD
Thanks. Looks like interesting stuff.
It's a common mistake, and I hate correcting anybody, especially such valued contributors, but it may affect searches, so:
"joiner" is for biscuits, often called a plate joiner...
"jointer" is for making flat faces and [usually] 90 degree edges on lumber and often called a "surface planer" in the UK.
Hope this helps and hope I wasn't "out of line."
Maybe someone can fix the thread title?
Yeah, well we don't care what you call "cookies" in Blighty, because...AMERICA!!! WE RULE!!! HA! And "chips" are French Fries!
I never understood the terminology of that board Thrasher anyway. Ha anyway noted and changed. I like the new name better...:O)
