    I know they are just demonstrating how the system is assembled. Because those galvanized feet will not support squat on dirt and will rust away
    Remove the vegetation make sure the area has the capability to be well drained, compact the soil add small aggregate and cushion sand mix. place concrete pavers for the adjustable feet to sit on coat the pavers and metal parts with suitable preventative. then the deck will last much longer and remain mostly flat and level
    Never try to tell me it can't be done
    When I have to paint I use KBS products

    Hi: This looks like a temporary deck for weddings. We made a similar plywood dance floor for use where the hall's floor was too "hard" for dancing. Carl.
