It's always good to remember how to build yourself those old but efficient tools, as I know impossible to buy new today, especially in Europa.
I’ve been looking for a long time here in Australia and when you do find them there a long way over priced
The tools I've seen are old fabrication, and not always in metric, on my shaper I'm using 12mm. wide tools, and my holder is made for a 6mm steel bar used especially for inner angles.
I have a P K Douglas shaper 11stroke, it’s an imperial machine
Yes, it's an Atlas if I compare to what I can found on the web etc. but made with 1/100mm scales and metric screws, the number plates and all is like the inches version, but in metric units, as I understand this tool, it was made for a precision use, with a repeatability of a 1/100mm.
