I like your use of the flat head socket screws and looks like the knurling tool can handle some large stock. What did you use to hold the knurl wheels in place? I have an import scissor-type knurling tool and it is a real pain swapping out the knurl wheels. Thanks, Paul
For the pins that hold the knurls, I just drilled undersized holes to use a press fit...pressed the pins in...

Nice build and Beafy, Leversole! Enjoyed your write up on the site too. For the arm pivots did you use FH shoulder screws or let them run on the threads? The FH's seems like a good idea to help keep them centered as well as extra bearing surface, but there is a lot of pressure on those in both axis, especially if making a long run.
