    I didn't realize how large they were 'til I saw those little guys running around the deck.
    They must go through a lot of fenders.

    OK I know the time lapse on the video is speeded up but the amount of water flowing into those locks is tremendous and fast even if the video was in real time.
    Never try to tell me it can't be done
    When I have to paint I use KBS products

    Frank, I reckon that's about 10x speed...it's a LOT of water...first time it's a bit eerie, because it is so quiet, after a few (or a dozen or two) it gets boring, go figure... The ship lift at Three Gorges Dam in China is a REAL eye opener, like floating into a rectangular steel pool and then lowering on huge chains and sprockets to the river below...
