This looks exactly like the supposed boat made completely out of glass being held together by the TV product called flex glue clear. Actually pretty much the same stuff used for years in the construction of fish aquariums, just with a higher price tag.
It does work though, I've used it in small quantities.

That might be the coolest boat ever. Kind and of freak you out to see a big fish come up at it from depth!
