Cool How To Make a Boring Bar Insert Tool

How to make a boring bar carbide insert tool. This can be used in the milling machine boring head or the lathe. I have been wanting something better than the off-shore brand of tool for my boring head. So I had some 4130 PH left over and it was enough to make a nice tool. The insert is a TPGB 321. In this part 1 showing a drawing and get the turning done. Part 2 will be the milling.
