UTV sinks into river - GIF

UTV sinks into river. Rarely is the guy riding on the roof the smartest one of the bunch, but there it is.

What will always amaze me, is the lack of humility of this kind of guys, playing with expensive toys...
Hope he appreciated his beer 😊

For every fail, there is also a win. Looks like they have a snorkel on this UTV, but the passenger still needs to poke her head above the water to get a breath.

If there is a snorkel on it I don't see one
Never try to tell me it can't be done

Watching my phone almost looks like a cable on the front. I agree with Frank, where could snorkle ne unless on driver side hidden by the exoskeleton.

Looking at in in full screen there is a cable on the front pulling the UTV through the murky waters You can clearly see in stopped frame just as they are exiting the water there is the tell tale of vegetation hanging from the cable

Yeah, but you don't see the cable in the water at all, and if It were pulling them it would show, I zoomed in on the exit frame and it just looks like a stick stuck to the front,

Most importantly look at the wheels, they're spinning hard enough to churn and throw water - the engine has to be running. Maybe just enough air in the airbox to keep it running?

There are jet skis which can fully submerge briefly and remain running due to a flapper type or float valve that shuts off any possibility of water entering the air box
