When I read the title I was thinking of an exhaust smoke tester as in analyzer. But after seeing the completed item in use I understood the intent was to test for vacuum of leaks in the intake system by creating smoke in the chamber then pumping it through the system. with low pressure air.
Brilliant idea. sometimes locating an intake leak below an throttle body can be quite tedious
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
