the 'strips' are from an elctrical cabinet, were ik can screw modified M5 inbus screws in .
notice it is made with an axial bearing for better force reduction,
you can unscrew both 2 and 3 pin detonators,
the tool and shell are mounted with an

it works fine, and the screw holes are not (or much less ) damagedn but i was surpriced by the neede force to unschrew

Could be a fun piece to keep in the toolbox just for explaining its use to friends. "Ah, this is just for unscrewing the plates on a certain kind of bomb. My Scoutmaster taught me to be prepared..."

Somehow, hotplate and (bomb) shell should not be in the same sentence, or even in the same paragraph!

it can be used for unscrewing any system with the pins (both two and three holes), te good thing is it tends to tighten itself due to the arms who swivel, the trick is to put pressure on the painters spanner (don't know the right word for it) and the bearing makes it a lot easyer to overcome turning forces

Having worked in a bomb factory in my younger days, it seems to me that an already-fired bombshell wouldn`t have anything left to unscrew.
