Yet just today, I introduced a woman who runs a well known local manufacturing company, with tenets found there. She is in desperate need of a punch press set-up person; I asked her what she or company did to foster local tradespeople to keep her company going.
"Nothing".
Well ma'am, the outcome is pretty clear.
