Absolutely correct, reloaders deburring tool. On the rare occasions I've parted off small short brass tubing to length, kept one in my Kennedy box. And no one else had ever seen such a tool. Saved a lot of time versus set-up and manipulating ID/OD chamfering tools.

Mr. Pete is one of a very small group of worthwhile YouTuber's. Common to pick up unfamiliar insights in their presentations. And they can make entertainment out of working an ice cube tray.

Why fishermen's split shot in a machinist's toolchest ? When you don't want to mark the shaft with the setscrew, you drop one in the hole before you thread the setscrew in. Everybody knows that.

Did he discuss the watch hand removing tool ? Here's a video describing its use...

Setscrew on split shot....sounds like a gourmet menu item.
And about the same size portion....

Never saw that kind of hand remover. Indicators would seem to work with same amount of press fit, but watching long ago, the tech used one screw operated. More or less a tiny fine-thread C-clamp, the stationary pad was notched. He was British, and may have made it himself.

marv - thanks for that pointer on the split shot - i'm so used to using strimmer line or clippings from brazing rod I'd overlooked sinkers for that purpose.

Most split shot is too large for the miniature setscrew sizes I encounter frequently. Years ago I bought a bag of #9 bird shot from a reloading supplier; it's served many uses over the years. At 0.085" diameter it will fit in a 2-56 hole. Another use is for conformable weights when gluing odd-shaped structures...
