    After really analyzing that build I do not see any reason for the 2nd rear wheel but esthetic's. Non-driviving, non-braking and non-suportive. It does look cool though.

    This appears to be artistic rather than functional, as it has a 50cc engine and the aforementioned lack of drive/brake/suspension to the back wheel. Here's another, more revealing view (click on the photo to enlarge):

    It's also going to make turning more cumbersome — as that rear wheel is going to get dragged sideways in a turn. ("That don't make no sense.")
