Hello there,
I recently stabilised some apple wood a friend gave me, and have made several knife handles with it. However this weekend, when I was working on my latest knife, shaping the handle revealed some cracks I hadn't noticed. They must have been internal. I could not face starting all over again, so had a go at fixing the crack and imperfections with UV activated resin. I seems to work pretty well. Would love to know your thoughts or suggestions on how to do it another way in the future. Thanks for watching.
