I want one, though it would be sad to say that a tire is the most decorative thing in my house.
The first thing I thought of was someone had way too much time on their hands to create such a work of art. Then I looked closer and noticed there are more carved tires behind that one meaning he not only had plenty of time but he was also a glutton for punishment
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
