    Twice the work, maybe.
    Twice the speed? On lugged small diameter tires, short wheel base, geared toward pulling (even if hi-lo range)? Not even downhill with a tailwind.
    Doubtful, really doubtful, unless early 50's Thoroughbred's topped out at 20mph.

    Conceptually similar to the 1938 Comfortractor. The concept of a tractor/car crossover never really took off.
