I know it's difficult if you have no first responder training but no one approached the car to check on the occupant(s)? Calling 911 immediately is the first thing but I'd have been moving toward the car to see if anyone survived and could be extricated from the car.

You should NEVER try to get someone out of a car after a wreck like that. One wrong move could sever a spinal cord and it would be all over.

Exactly, only move them if they are imminent danger, like a fire, drowning or severe bleeding (if you can't get to the bleedsite or can't apply a tourniquet), even than you have to try and minimize spine and neck movements.
Best thing is to run up there and make sure they are in a situation where you can wait for EMS to arrive, they have all the proper equipment to safely move and transport the injured.

By the looks of that car at the end of the video that car was about 10 seconds from bursting into flames and you can see movement in the car.

All carnage aside and I 'm glad to hear of the occupant's fortunate outcome, but did I hear the male voice in that video say, "I hope nobody was in there."??
