Funny how AVE can take something fairly simple and do something useless with it ! Then have all of us watch. Yep time well wasted!

Did AvE have a stroke or something? That's a pretty sub-par effort for him. Are we being trolled? Is that why he's using a zip cut like that with no guard? Was that why he was going on about apprentices at the beginning?

And why did he dump all that dirty old hydraulic oil INTO THE PLACE WHERE HE'S GOING TO BE MIXING CONCRETE?

Ooof. And WAY too much water. 35 MPa that is not.

That was to keep the concrete from sticking to the bucket...

Right from the beginning you could see where this was going with that small diameter flighting, but I think he knew that.
Does anyone seriously believe that he didn't clean the hydraulic oil out of the bucket before adding the sand and gravel. even though he did not show it being done on the video?
At the very end he mentioned about adding a counter rotating motor to the opposite end and larger diameter flighting, so he knew his rig was under powered and under flighted.
As far as too much water goes, YEPERS but with the undersized auger there was no way he was going to get a consistent mix with that rig even if he had filled the bucket with water. He would have been better off ripping out the auger and completing the mix with a shovel adding sand gravel and Portland until the water content was closer to being a good mix.
Not everyone has guts enough to post a failed tool though but utubers are a different breed most of their videos are posted for the clicks anyway
