Unsure a such thing as "too many toolholders" exists, lathes might be the best justification. Personally,of 6 units in video preview, at least 2 missing, determined by lathe swing.
*1.] Collet block. Open collets like 5C preferred, I know at least one user happy with shopmade R8's.
*2.] Morse Taper socket. Intuition says, next one larger than tailstock.
*3.] An extension of *2 or dedicated mount of a drill chuck. Keep drill mounted in tailstock, center &/ or pilot drill with carriage.
Long as you're making blocks, ........
*4.] Mounted knurls. Preferably combined with cut-off holder, or bit holder that mounts a chamfering bit.
*5.] Bi-axial Indicators. 1 on each end is sufficient, being able to clock both surfaces simultaneously even better. If not remove when it impedes, then replace.
*6.] Bump tool, also bi-axial. Depends on work you do most often, I can't believe they aren't more common. Use them often enough, to where indicating can be superfluous.
    YMMV
