Simple Homemade Miter Saw Clamp & Cutting Very Small Pieces Jig

Hi, I got an old Makita sliding miter saw lately, and it was without it's original vertical clamp.
I checked the price of such clamp and saw that it's around 40-50 USD, so I decided to try making one myself, using parts that I had at home.
Below is the clamp making video.
I also show in this video, how did I use the clamp and simple jig, to cut very small pieces of wood.
What do you think of the results?
