For cutting operations, it allows the tool to be mounted upside down, reducing vibrations and preventing tool breaks! :lol:

I like the concept of a QC toolholder that fits into the standard 4 way toolpost. Maybe I am missing something but I cannot see any piston or wedge to lock the two dovetails together. Does this toolholder rely solely on an excellent fit of the dovetails to provide rigidity?
I believe the set screw on the end is used to lock the holder in place, when the set screw is screwed in it pushes the holder out against the dovetail, I’m sure it’s how it works
